Gozprop Limited offers properties for sale and rental, in new and existing developments. In addition, facilities management is also offered to provide the customers with a one-stop shop.

• Excellent communication skills – (Very well spoken, good writing skills, able to listen & understand).
• Attention to detail
• Able to work under pressure
• Ability to negotiate at an executive level

Job Description: 

• Negotiation with Prospective Property Lessors -Acquiring new rental properties for the portfolio
• Negotiation with Prospective property Lessees  - Identifying & Acquiring New customers
• Cross-selling to Existing customers
• Maintain the relationship
• Negotiating and Closing Rental deals
• Property Administration
• Completion of Agreements and Contracts
• Computer Literacy essential – Microsoft office (Word/Excel/Outlook)/CRM (pref.) etc.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a property rentals environment essential

Remuneration Package

Attractive basic salary and commission based on sales

Qualifications

• West African Senior School Certificate
• Degree in Estate Management & Valuations
• NYSC (preferable)
• Professional registration an added advantage
