• Employees Relations; 
• Training and development; 
• Maintaining staff records; 
• Staff Disciplinary matters, etc

Job Requirements:

• A Degree in any Social Sciences
• Five Years of related experience 

Other Attributes/ Skills:

• Team player 
• Decisive
• Able to use computer office applications 
• Ability to lead a team 
• Strong communication skills but oral and written
• Work without supervision
