We seek to employ a qualified candidate to fill the  following role;

Job Title: Chief Operations Officer

Job Location:Lagos

Job Description/ Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning; 
• Contract Management; 
• Supervise other Divisional Heads; 
• Assisting the CEO in strategic decision making; 
• Oversees the company's activities in all the locations; 
• Preparation of standard proposals for prospects; 
• Facilitating in training programmes for prospective clients;  
• Organizing, coordinating, monitoring and appraising the various company's training programmes for clients; 
• Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer in identifying Prospective clients; 
• Identifying and developing a training blue print for our Clients; 
• Assisting in building a Brand for the company and its clients; 
• Representing the company in other engagements as may be determined by the Chief Executive Officer, etc

Job Requirements:

• A Degree in any Social Sciences
• Eight Years of related experience

Other Attributes/Skills:

• Team player
• Decisive  
• Able to use computer office applications 
• Ability to lead a team; strong communication skills but oral and written
• Work without supervision
