SQUARE MEDICAL NEEDS A MEDICAL SALES MANAGER.

Square Medical is seeking to hire a sales manager for the Lagos area to promote the company’s products and brand in the market. The company specializes in medical gas infrastructure for hospitals, oxygen generation, and deals in a wide range of medical equipment.

The roles and responsibilities of the required sales manager include:
  • Serve as main point of contact between the customer and Square Medical.
  • Manage the entire sales process: customer prospection, opportunity qualification, proposing relevant products and solutions, negotiation, and sale finalization. 
  • Manage a sales pipeline via a CRM system.
  • Enhance customer relations to increase Square Medical brand and retain customers
  • Attend to and resolve all customers ‘complaints.
  • Report regularly and accurately to the management concerning progress on all opportunities and activities.   

Required Skills:
  • 3-5 years’ experience in hospital sales in the Lagos area (medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, consumables, services) – mandatory. (applicants that do not meet this criteria will not be considered)
  • Ambitious and target oriented. Able to take initiatives and see them through. 
  • Must possess the ability and desire to learn. 
  • Must be articulate, excellent communicator and able to draft and write proposals.
  • Have experience with CRM systems (salesforce.com; zoho CRM) an advantage.
